Description
BDO Advantage is hiring a Senior Context Engineer to build and maintain reusable context assets for AI-native product and process development. The role focuses on context-as-code, LLM prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, Azure AI Search and vector-store pipelines, grounding evaluations, governed knowledge corpora, and compliance with security and privacy standards. It is an individual-contributor position reporting to the Context Engineering Manager, with informal guidance responsibilities for junior engineers and collaboration across AI engineering and product teams.
