Description
NVIDIA is hiring an Autonomous Driving Engineer to build learned 3D/4D world models that fuse navigation, ego-motion, perception, and sensor signals for L3/L4 autonomous driving. The role develops multimodal sensor-fusion architectures, spatiotemporal scene representations, occupancy and semantic models, foundation-model approaches, training and evaluation pipelines, and production-quality systems. Candidates need a relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of experience including 2+ years in autonomous vehicles or robotics and 2+ years of technical leadership, strong C++ and Python skills, and experience with deep learning, transformers, and large-scale model training. The base salary is 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000–356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 22, 2026.
