Description
The KB is hiring a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle for approximately 30 current contracts and contracts yet to be concluded within its Housing program. The role monitors compliance, identifies risks and deviations, facilitates contract changes, manages SLAs and KPIs, coordinates with legal, risk, compliance, and security advisers, and develops contract-management processes using the CATS-CM method. The position requires at least five years of contract-management experience in a complex public-sector environment, knowledge of housing, procurement-law contracts, strategic contracts, and contract-management processes, with CATS CM or Nevi experience preferred. It is a full-time role of 32–40 hours per week with a gross monthly salary of €4,885–€6,772 and an initial one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
