Amazon is hiring a Senior Contractor Safety Program Manager to own and drive contractor safety programs, projects, investigations, standards, training, metrics, and risk-reduction strategies across North America warehouse operations. The role partners with Procurement, Field Workplace, Health, Safety, Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams, while also liaising with Avetta and supporting digital safety initiatives. Candidates need at least six years of program or project management experience, five years of increasing responsibility in EHS or environmental programs, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and GenAI fluency. The position offers base salaries of $104,100–$155,400 annually in Nashville, Tennessee; $115,600–$160,000 annually in Arlington, Virginia; and $115,600–$160,000 annually in Bellevue, Washington, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
