Description
Everfox is hiring a hybrid Contracts Manager to negotiate, structure, administer, and close government and commercial contracts for its cybersecurity business. The role partners with Sales, Legal, Professional Services, and Operations; manages FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and agency-specific compliance; leads negotiations across FFP, T&M, IDIQ, OTA, technology, software license, and EULA contracts; and supports proposal development and contracting process improvement. The position is based in the Washington, DC metro area, requires approximately 6+ years of progressive government contract management experience, and offers a base salary of $121,000–$150,900 USD plus bonus and benefits.
