GitLab is hiring a Senior Contracts Manager, Commercial (EMEA) to manage a varied pipeline of commercial agreements, draft and review subscription, AI, regulatory, professional services, and non-disclosure agreements, negotiate terms with customers, assess contractual risk, support sales enablement, and improve contracting playbooks and processes. The role reports to the Director of Legal, requires experience in software or technology commercial contracting, and is based in the UK or Ireland with remote work supported.
