Description

InterSystems is hiring a Senior Contracts Manager for its UKI Legal team to manage complex, high-value contracts across the full lifecycle, supporting software and services delivery to healthcare and other customers in the UK and Ireland. The role is office-based in Windsor, Edinburgh, or Dublin, involves close collaboration with Legal, Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams, and focuses on contract drafting, negotiation, governance, risk management, and improving contract management processes and AI-enabled legal tools.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in a legal or commercial field; postgraduate qualification preferred
Required Previous Experiences: 7-9 years of high-value contract management experience
Experience managing a directly accountable portfolio with total contract value over £100M
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, IT, or the public sector
Experience with digital workflow tools, document automation, and AI-enabled legal support technologies
Experience with legal operations processes and contract lifecycle management platforms
Knowledge of government and NHS procurement laws and public sector contracting norms
Relevant professional legal or commercial qualifications
Familiarity with AI regulations such as the EU AI Act
