Description
The Navy is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to support machinery control systems at NSWCPD in Philadelphia. The role develops, modifies, tests, installs, and troubleshoots PLC-based control systems and associated software, including ladder logic, structured text, C/C++, Java, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, and Visual Basic. Responsibilities also include HMI and operator-interface development, industrial protocol support, software change and configuration management, Ship Change Documents, shipboard and land-based engineering support, and RMF accreditation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of control systems engineering experience, secret clearance or eligibility, and the ability to work on site in Philadelphia.
