Description
The Senior Control Systems Engineer analyzes user requirements and process or mechanical equipment designs to develop automation systems using instrumentation, control valves, motors, VFDs, electrical design, PLC/DCS programming, HMI, SCADA, and historian technologies. The role leads controls project teams, develops specifications and drawings, programs and tests control systems, oversees installation and commissioning, supports client operations, and travels to client sites as required. The engineer reports to the Operations Director and requires an engineering or related degree; experience with industrial control platforms, electrical design, instrumentation, troubleshooting, and team leadership is preferred, along with a Professional Engineer license.
