The role focuses on revenue analysis, performance monitoring, financial reporting, budget planning and negotiations, variance and forecast analysis, P&L monitoring, KPI development, and advising management on operational and strategic issues. Candidates should have a business administration or economics degree or equivalent commercial qualification, hospital-sector controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office, data warehouses, SAP, and KIS.
