Description
The Senior Controller manages daily accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, monthly closing, annual audits, regulatory compliance, budgeting, grant and fund management, and contract revenue oversight for Children’s Services of Roxbury. The role supervises the Staff Accountant, Payroll Specialist, and part-time Senior Staff Accountant and requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least seven years of non-profit supervisory accounting experience managing a $40M+ budget, and proficiency with accounting ERP software and advanced Excel.
