Description
The Senior Controller supports specialist departments as a business partner on business and economic matters. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, reports, and ad-hoc analyses; participating in forecasts, budget planning, and financial statements; identifying cost and optimization opportunities; developing controlling tools and processes; evaluating investments, profitability, and business cases; and contributing to cross-departmental projects. The role requires a degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field, several years of professional controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools.
