The role manages budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow analyses, management reporting, monthly close coordination and data validation, cost/profit-center business partnering, and finance process improvement. Candidates need a completed business degree, at least five years of professional experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills, proficiency with MS Office and MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems, and negotiation-level English.
