Da-Lee Group is hiring a Senior Controller to provide financial leadership in a complex, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role leads consolidated financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, intercompany accounting, external audits, accounting policies, and internal controls. The Senior Controller will also lead and develop a team of two to three accounting professionals, support SAGE 300 and ERP improvements, and provide financial analysis for acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives. The position is full-time, in-office five days per week, and requires a CPA designation, 8–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and experience with mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations.
