The employer is hiring a Senior Controller to support a medium-sized family business in Burgwedel. The role covers sales, profitability, production, customer-group, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, financial statements, cost optimization, and BI-supported evaluations. Candidates need a business administration or commercial apprenticeship degree, several years of Controlling experience, strong Excel skills, and an affinity for IT; Power BI experience is advantageous. Compensation is up to €70,000 per year plus 13th salary and vacation pay, with flexible hours and up to two mobile work days per week after onboarding.
