Hays is seeking a Senior Controller for a client in the services sector in Cologne, with work starting as soon as possible. The role involves independently developing budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans; performing revenue, cost, result, and variance analyses; preparing management reports and KPI dashboards; identifying efficiency improvements; and supporting equity participation and investment controlling. Candidates need a relevant degree, solid controlling experience, strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI management, very good Power BI skills, and fluent German and English.
