The role supports the team lead, manages business planning, forecasting, reporting, financial statements, variance analysis, process optimization, projects, and business partnering, and presents results to management. It requires a degree in business administration or economics with a focus on controlling or finance, several years of controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with closing processes and variance analysis. SAP R3 knowledge is required, while Tagetik knowledge is advantageous; the position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
