The company is seeking a Senior Controller to prepare and analyze budget and forecast reports, monitor and optimize financial performance, support financial strategy, create ad-hoc analyses, coordinate with stakeholders, improve controlling processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to the management board. The role requires a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, strong controlling and financial management knowledge, experience with complex financial data, ERP and Excel knowledge, and fluent German and English skills. The position offers flexible working hours, remote work up to three days per week, and an attractive annual salary.
