The client is seeking a Senior Controller to support the finance department of a healthcare corporate group. The role will build and develop centralized finance and personnel controlling, oversee budgets, forecasts, and economic plans across multiple business units, analyze cost and performance structures, develop KPI systems and reporting, and partner with management and the executive board. Candidates should have a relevant degree, extensive controlling experience, preferably in healthcare or related sectors, and strong Excel, BI, communication, and process skills.
