MicroNova AG is hiring a Senior Controller to support financial management for its German and Czech companies. The role covers monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working-capital planning, investment and project controlling, performance analysis, and the development of reporting and controlling tools. It requires a relevant degree, at least five years of experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or a comparable field, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluent German and English. The position offers an indefinite contract, 13 monthly salaries, 30 days of vacation, hybrid work, and additional benefits.
