Description
The Senior Controls Engineer maintains, improves, and optimizes control systems, including machine, robot, vision, and measurement systems. The role troubleshoots complex automation and PLC programming issues, develops control concepts, integrates robot-to-PLC interfaces, supports maintenance teams, and provides technical training to controls and maintenance personnel. It requires a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, advanced PLC knowledge, and at least five years of experience or specialized training in industrial control systems, automation, or robotics. The position works in a manufacturing assembly environment, requires flexibility outside standard hours, and does not offer future work-authorization sponsorship.
