Description
Freshpack is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer to develop, program, test, integrate, and maintain PLC and HMI control systems for advanced equipment. The role leads automation projects from concept through implementation, collaborates with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, prepares technical documentation, troubleshoots deployed systems, and trains production and maintenance teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least three years of controls and automation experience, PLC and HMI/SCADA proficiency, industrial communication knowledge, and the ability to build control panels and work on the production floor.
