Description
Specialty Tooling Systems is hiring a full-time Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, customer acceptance, and commissioning of advanced automation systems and custom machinery. The role serves as a technical lead across projects, defines controls architecture, programs and troubleshoots PLC, motion-control, robotics, vision, and HMI/SCADA systems, collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams, supports customers, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires at least seven years of controls engineering experience, strong Rockwell Automation and industrial robotics expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to travel 0–30%.
