HDR is hiring a Pump Stations and Pipelines Project Manager to plan, direct, and monitor conveyance, pipeline, asset-management, and pump-station projects. The role leads engineering and process design, project coordination, specifications, scheduling, equipment selection, client relations, marketing, contractual and design meetings, QA/QC, training, staffing, and concurrent project production. It also involves business development, proposal development, mentoring less-experienced project managers, recruitment, and participation in practice groups. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least seven years of related experience including two years in project management, a professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, leadership skills, and an active commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. A master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and experience with large-scale pump station and pipeline projects, condition assessment, design, rehabilitation, and hydraulic modeling are preferred.
