Braven is hiring a full-time Senior Coordinator, Workforce Development for its Chicago Region, reporting to the Associate Director of Workforce Strategy. The role sources and curates internships and jobs, manages campus outreach and opportunity distribution through Salesforce and Google Docs, supports employment outcomes and knowledge-rate data, engages Fellows through events and social media, and provides in-person event support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft and G-Suite proficiency, and at least three days per week in Chicago, with occasional travel and non-traditional hours. Compensation is $47,000–$58,700 annually for a 50-hour work week, with health insurance covering 85% of premiums and other benefits.
