Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of copywriting experience in skincare, beauty, or an adjacent consumer health or wellness category.
Demonstrated track record producing effective copy across multiple marketing channels, including email, social, digital advertising, and web.
Preferred Qualifications: Portfolio that showcases impactful headlines, polished long-form and short-form copy, and clear adaptability across platforms and formats.
Ability to simplify technical or clinical skincare information into consumer-friendly, brand-appropriate messaging.
Working familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to web copy and product content.
Experience working with medical, legal, or compliance reviewers to refine copy within regulated or sensitive categories.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects independently in a remote-first environment, taking initiative without waiting to be directed.
High adaptability in unstructured, fast-changing environments – comfortable making sound creative decisions when priorities shift, direction is incomplete, or the path forward is unclear.
Openness to AI tools and an interest in understanding where they can improve copy workflows; willingness to learn and adapt as the toolset evolves.
