Description
OCI is hiring a Software Engineer to design, implement, and operate distributed control-plane and observability software for data center and WAN network orchestration. The role develops algorithms for route computation, congestion management, fault isolation, traffic steering, and recovery; builds scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, and highly available services; correlates network and infrastructure signals; and drives incident analysis across distributed systems. The position requires networking, distributed-systems, automation, algorithms, and applied AI/ML expertise, with Java, Go, or Rust experience preferred. The role is an individual contributor at Career Level IC3 and offers a US hiring range of $79,200 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
