Description
The Core Infrastructure Engineer will lead complex technical programs for Oracle’s strategic GPU customers during large-scale, multi-year capacity ramps. The role owns Day 2 operational readiness, coordinates troubleshooting across GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, capacity, reliability, and observability systems, partners with customer engineering teams, manages GPU expansion and deployment activities, establishes service-health metrics and escalation mechanisms, and translates recurring customer issues into scalable tooling, automation, processes, and product improvements. The position requires independent technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, clear communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
