Description
The Senior Corporate Counsel provides legal advice and services supporting the company’s regulatory compliance, right-of-way and real estate matters, litigation, commercial disputes, contract development, facility acquisitions, and industry representation. The role also supports operations and engineering projects, coordinates emergency claims and post-accident investigations, represents the company before governmental and regulatory agencies, and provides legal training. A bachelor’s degree, a law degree such as a Juris Doctorate, an Oklahoma law license, and at least seven years of prior legal experience are required; specialized experience in energy, corporate, real estate, and environmental law is preferred.
