Senior Corporate Counsel at Aquent

Aquent is hiring a Senior Corporate Counsel to report to the General Counsel and provide legal guidance on compliance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and data privacy. The role supervises the Contracts Team, negotiates and drafts agreements, develops contracting policies, advises stakeholders, supports people and business services matters, and contributes to special projects. It requires a JD from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in at least one United States state, and 8–10 years of relevant experience. The position is remote, supported from locations covering standard United States working time zones, with occasional in-person meetings or conferences.
