RapidSOS is hiring a Senior Corporate Development & Strategy Associate to work directly with the CEO and COO on fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships, growth planning, diligence, and commercial opportunities. The role involves building financial and operational models, SaaS metrics, business cases, and executive- and board-ready presentations, while using AI tools to accelerate analysis. It is based in New York City with a hybrid arrangement requiring two to three office visits per week and 10–25% travel, and offers a salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus equity options and a performance bonus.
