Phoenix Tailings is hiring a Senior Corporate Development Associate to evaluate and execute strategic transactions, partnerships, and investments. The role develops acquisition and investment theses, leads financial modeling and valuation, manages diligence across multiple workstreams, coordinates external advisers, supports negotiations and closing, and prepares recommendations for executives and the board. The position requires 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, strong transaction analysis skills, and the ability to lead senior-stakeholder workstreams; mining, critical materials, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, or climate-related industry experience is helpful. The base salary is $140,000 to $180,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, stock options, and unlimited PTO.
