Relativity Space is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. The role partners with G&A leaders and People Business Partners, sources passive talent, leads compensation and offer strategy, manages candidate experience, and maintains recruiting data in Greenhouse. Candidates should have at least six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including complex senior-level searches, with startup, technology, aerospace, or defense experience preferred. The hiring range is $123,000 to $185,000 USD.
