FGS Global is hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal for its Global Legal & Compliance team to support the Chief Legal Officer and other team members. The role handles corporate governance, corporate records, subsidiary filings, securities and equity administration, corporate transactions, litigation tracking, regulatory disclosures, contract databases, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. It is based in Washington, D.C. or New York on an in-person hybrid basis and requires a four-year degree, extensive experience in general corporate support, and strong legal research, organizational, communication, and analytical skills. The salary range in the District of Columbia is $100,000 to $150,000 USD.
