Description
PagerDuty is hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support public company legal operations, including SEC filings, Section 16 reporting, proxy and annual meeting coordination, insider trading compliance, board administration, subsidiary entity management, and related corporate governance tasks. The role reports to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, requires significant public-company corporate paralegal experience, and is based in or hybrid out of San Francisco, California, or Atlanta, Georgia, with two required days per week in the Atlanta office. The base salary is 114,000–191,400 USD, with possible bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
