Description
Podium is hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting, develop hiring strategies, partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and other organizations, lead searches, analyze hiring metrics, and improve the candidate experience. The role requires at least four years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, experience filling diverse corporate roles, strong executive communication, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
