The role involves developing cost estimates, analyzing project expenditures, providing profitability recommendations, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field, at least 13 years of cost engineering or project controls experience, proficiency with cost management software and advanced Excel, and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
