Senior Cost Engineering (Project Controls) - Energy Infrastructure at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Engineer for its Energy & Natural Resources division to lead cost control across multiple projects or complex programmes. The role covers budget and expenditure tracking, performance measurement baselines, cost breakdown structures, NEC or FIDIC reporting, accruals, forecasts, change control, supply-chain data, and cost assurance. Candidates need professional project controls and cost engineering experience, strong communication and leadership skills, stakeholder management ability, and the capacity to obtain BPSS-level security clearance; nuclear experience is desirable but not required.
