AECOM is hiring a Senior Cost Manager in The Hague, Netherlands, to support Project Managers with cost control across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. The role covers budget monitoring, cost reviews, value engineering, change orders, contractor invoicing, interim payments, final accounts, cost reporting, cost advisory, and bid pricing. It requires at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, strong accuracy and customer focus, advanced Microsoft Office and MS Project proficiency, and knowledge of Dutch cost management practices; English and Dutch fluency and Institution of Chartered Surveyors membership are preferred.
