Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Cost Manager to serve as the key client interface for a portfolio of complex life sciences, laboratory, research, and commercial construction projects in a large campus environment in Southern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The role covers estimating, cost planning, change-order negotiation, cost checking and valuation, commercial input to design and value engineering, contractor pricing negotiations, cost reporting, final-account negotiation, and post-contract variance and change-control management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of construction cost-management experience, strong communication skills, and preferably RICS accreditation, life-sciences construction experience, and construction consultancy experience.
