Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to support data centre projects through feasibility studies, cost estimation, tendering, post-contract cost control, change management, valuations, monthly reporting, value engineering, final-account negotiations, and client and consultant interface. The role also involves leading the cost management team, identifying new business opportunities, improving cost-management processes, and using financial management systems. Candidates should be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, MRICS qualified or working towards, and have UK cost-management experience in real estate or property, including larger, new-build and fit-out projects, along with strong communication and client-facing skills.
