Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Construction Management at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for its New York City team to provide client-facing cost management services across commercial real estate, data center, and other complex capital projects in the New York metropolitan area. The role covers estimating, cost planning, change-order negotiation, cost controls, valuations, reporting, contract negotiations, and commercial input to design and value engineering. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction or cost-management field and 5–7 years of relevant construction cost-management experience; RICS accreditation or construction consultancy experience is preferred. The base salary is $130,000–$160,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
