Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale, complex data center construction program. The role serves as the key client interface, providing cost planning, estimating, change-order negotiation, cost controls, valuations, reporting, commercial input to design, and final-account negotiations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction or cost-management field, 5–7 years of relevant construction cost-management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. RICS accreditation or progress toward it is preferred, along with experience on medium- to large-scale construction projects and familiarity with procurement, value management, and value engineering.
