Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a global technology client on large-scale data center construction projects. The role serves as a key client interface and manages cost control, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, change orders, valuations, pay applications, contractor submissions, procurement, contract administration, commercial negotiations, and project financial reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls, with construction consultancy and large-scale infrastructure experience preferred. The position is advertised in Dallas but requires full-time onsite work Monday through Friday in Rayville, Louisiana, with relocation preferred and a per diem available for locally based candidates.
