Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the primary client interface on a major hyperscale data center construction project. The role covers cost estimating, change-order negotiation, cost planning, cost controls, valuations, reporting, commercial input to design and value engineering, contractor pricing negotiations, and final-account negotiations. It is based in Chicago with regular travel to project sites in Minooka, Illinois, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of relevant construction cost-management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The base salary is $135,000–$165,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
