Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support workplace, commercial, and capital improvement projects across North America. The role covers estimating, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, change management, valuations, contractor negotiations, financial reporting, and portfolio-level cost performance analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of construction cost management, quantity surveying, cost controls, or project controls experience; construction consultancy experience and RICS accreditation are preferred. The base salary is $140,000-$160,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
