BESIX Watpac is looking for a Senior Cost Planner/Estimator to join their Queensland, Northern Territory, and New Zealand team. This role involves managing estimating and cost planning throughout the tender, design development, and project delivery phases. Responsibilities include organizing tender estimates, identifying risks, reviewing project designs, monitoring costs, and collaborating with project teams to prepare detailed cost plans for variations and claims. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, extensive experience in cost planning and management for multi-stage contracts, a clear understanding of construction techniques, proficiency in industry software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
