Description
The Project Controls Analyst plans, prepares, and analyzes accounting, estimating, program financial, and operational data for management and customer review. The role develops integrated master schedules using critical-path-method techniques, monitors cost and schedule variances, maintains FAR-compliant pricing and cost proposals, recommends corrective actions, and supports proposal audits and negotiations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus six to eight years of financial analysis experience; project management or project controls experience is preferred. The salary range is $95,000 to $115,000, with possible discretionary bonuses and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, and paid time off.
