Description
Forus is hiring a Senior Counsel to serve as a key legal partner to stakeholders across healthcare, clinical operations, marketing, privacy, data governance, and commercial matters. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will advise on legal and compliance issues, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, develop legal guidance and AI-enabled workflows, maintain platform agreements, and lead privacy and HIPAA counseling. The position requires at least six years of legal experience in commercial contracts and business counseling, a J.D., and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar; healthcare and health-tech experience is preferred. The role is full-time and in person in New York, with fully covered medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
