Tyson & Mendes is hiring a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to independently handle complex insurance defense matters, including case strategy, court appearances, depositions, briefs, discovery, and trials. The role requires an ABA-approved JD, state bar licensure, at least eight years of litigation experience, and the ability to lead less experienced attorneys. The position offers a base salary of $145,000–$180,000 annually, billable-hour bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and flexible remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements.
